When will my order ship?
The shop's current turnaround time is always posted at the top of the website. Typically, it is 12-18 business days.
I received my package, why are items missing?
Check your packing slip. Sometimes things are sent from a different location, or if I am out of stock of things and I don't want to make you wait for the rest of your order, I'll ship it without the out of stock item. If nothing is noted on your packing slip, please e-mail us at littlehunterswife@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
I received a shipping notification but my package has not moved, is it lost?
Your package getting lost is always a possibility, but it is not likely. Here are some common explanations:
- I may have printed your label, but not fulfilled your order yet. I try not to pre-print labels, but sometimes I have to.
- You may have checked tracking before I have dropped your package off at the post office.
- Post offices do not always scan every single package at each stop. Once the package leaves my hands, I have as much information as you do. (I know, it can be frustrating)
- Your package should arrive within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping notification. If it has not, please e-mail us at littlehunterswife@gmail.com and include your order number in the subject line.
How do I figure out my bracelet size?
Wrap a string or measuring tape around your wrist. Make sure you wrap TIGHTLY if you are ordering a GF ball bracelet! Measure the string with a tape measure. For GF bracelets, order 1/4in bigger than your measurement. For regular beaded stacks, order 1/2in bigger than your measurement. All bracelets are STRETCHY!
