SHIPPING

For all orders, shipping time is at least 12-18 business days from time of purchase unless stated differently in items description or shop announcement at top of website. Please see the announcement at the top of the website for current times. 

"business days" are Monday - Friday excluding Holidays.

 

CANCELLATIONS 

we offer cancellations of your order within 72 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel after this time frame, the form of refund is store credit. If your order is outside of the current TAT (it is taking us longer than usual to fulfill) your order can be cancelled. Thank you for understanding!

ADDRESS CHANGES 

Address changes need to be done within 3 days of ordering via EMAIL. After this point, there is no guarantee we will be able to change the address before shipment and the responsibility falls on the customer.

 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

For custom made items (any custom order tailored to you, and all hand dyed apparel), limited edition items, collaborations, grab bags, all sales are final.

For holiday apparel purchased outside of the holiday season, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding!

*COLLABORATION apparel items are final sale. Thank you for understanding! 

For SALES over 20% off, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please see the size and color charts to accurately place your order.

At Little Hunters Wife LLC, we pride ourselves on quality items but understand that sometimes it's just not the right fit! At this time, we do exchange items for store credit within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. If you were mailed your product, the 7 days starts from when the tracking states you received your item(s).
To initiate the process, simply contact us at littlehunterswife@gmail.com and let us know what went wrong. We will give you the go-ahead to send your items back to us (return shipping is at your cost) and after the returned item has been received, you will be emailed a shop credit code for the dollar amount you paid for your items.
FOR BOUTIQUE ITEMS - If we have the needed size, we will offer an exchange. If we are sold out of the needed size, a store credit will be given. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items cannot have pet hair, smell of smoke or be otherwise not resell-able.
LHW reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit if these qualifications are not met.
Sale items, Clearance items, wholesale and shoe are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.
In cases of damage during shipping, please contact us as the above may not apply.
Ultimately, we strive to resolve any issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
